Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders across South Africa — no minimum order required.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7–20 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Rural areas may take slightly longer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

What is insured shipping?

Insured shipping is an optional add-on available at checkout for R95. It covers your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit. We recommend it for high-value orders.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

No. Zento.co.za covers all import arrangements. You will not be charged any additional customs or duties fees on delivery.

What is your return policy?

How do I request a refund?

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I change or cancel my order?
